Christian Falster is a founding partner and the Managing Partner of Aros Capital Partners. Christian ran the Scandinavian sales desk for FBR Capital Markets (NYSE:FBCM). His 14 years of experience in dealing with equities spans over careers within Montgomery Securities, Thomas Weisel Partners and Industrifinans. The hallmark of these companies is an energetic and winning spirit. Christian has worked both on the sell side as well as buy side and his clients include privates and institutions.
Christian is a native Norwegian, educated at the Royal Navy Academy in Norway and holds a finance degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder.

Jakob Krogh Madsen is a founding partner and Head of the Danish activities. Prior to his position at Aros Capital Partners he worked at the largest privately-owned asset manager in Denmark, focusing on Danish HNWI. Jakob began his career as a financial advisor at Merrill Lynch (Luxembourg) serving Scandinavian clients with a net worth of USD 2 million and above.
Jakob holds a degree in M.Sc. Economics & Business Administration and has close to 10 years experience as a financial advisor for HNWI.
