Peter Brink Madsen, CFA is a founding partner and Head of Fixed Income and Derivatives at Aros Capital Partners. Prior to this, Peter spent five years as Fund Manager with the largest privately-owned asset manager in Denmark managing USD 4 Bn. in assets. Peter started his career in 2002 as a Fixed Income Analyst.
Peter holds a degree in M. Sc. Finance from Aarhus School of Business supplemented with studies at Singapore Institute of Management, Singapore and University of Hohenheim, Germany. Peter is a CFA Charterholder and a part-time lecturer at University of Aarhus where he has taught Financial Risk Management and Portfolio Theory. Peter has published a working paper on hedge fund performance and is the co-author of a chapter in the book “Intelligent Hedge Fund Investing”, 2004 Risk Books, USA.

Nicolai Borcher Hansen is a founding partner and Chief Investment Officer at AROS Capital Partners. Prior to his position at Aros Capital Partners Nicolai spent five years with the largest privately-owned asset manager in Denmark. Nicolai held the position as Senior Fund Manager and was responsible for the equity strategy and jointly responsible for the asset allocation. Prior to this, Nicolai worked four years as a Fund Manager at Sydinvest – a mutual fund under Sydbank, managing various equity mandates. Nicolai began his career in 1998 as a Financial Advisor at a Danish mortgage bank, Nykredit, advising the corporate segment on balance sheet structure, funding currencies and compositions and credit analysis.
Nicolai holds a degree in M.Sc. Economics & International Business from Aarhus School of Business supplemented with studies at University of Oregon, USA and he is a part-time lecturer at University of Aarhus where he has taught Financial Risk Management and Portfolio Theory.

Anders Lund Larsen is an analyst at Aros Capital Partners. Prior to his position at Aros Capital Partners Anders spent three years with the largest privately-owned asset manager in Denmark, where he was responsible for various equity sectors, model construction and communication with clients.
Anders holds a degree in M.Sc. Finance from Aarhus School of Business and he is a part-time lecturer at University of Aarhus teaching Portfolio Theory. Anders has published several academic articles in the field of dynamic asset allocation, and is a CFA candidate.
