We believe that creation of true value can only be achieved by taking a long term fundamental approach. This goes for asset allocation as well as investment strategies within the equity and fixed income universe.
No one can predict the future. Risk parameters such as standard deviations, correlations and expected return are never static. That is why, in every investment decision we ask the essential question “what if we are wrong?” Accepting the fact that the world might not develop in the way that we had expected is a difficult but necessary fact of investment life. By acknowledging this fact and implementing the uncertainty when executing the investment strategies we aim for generating an attractive long term risk adjusted return.
