  4. “High net worth trusts”, as defined in Articles 22(2)(b) and 22(5) of the CIS Order, being trusts where the aggregate value of the cash and investments which form part of the trust's assets (before deducing the amount of its liabilities) is £10 million or more.
  5. Any person acting as a director, officer, or employee of any of the four categories above whose responsibilities when acting in that capacity involve him in the participation by that person in unregulated schemes.
